Fees and Deadlines

Online registration for Crossroads2008 will commence on February 15, 2008.

Early Bird (February 15 - May 15, 2008)

• Non-members (those not joining the ACS) € 225
• Accompanying guests and children under 12 yrs € 50

Normal registration (May 16 - June 15, 2008)

• Members € 250, € 225, or € 210

Onsite registration (from 3 July on)**

• Members € 275, € 250, or € 235

Note: The student rate is for those students who have not yet received a Ph.D. or comparable degree and who do not receive any funding for participating in the Crossroads from their own department or other external sources. In order to be registered at the conference venue with this low price you must have with you a copy of your student card or statement from your supervisor, which shows that you are a student.

Onsite registration will be limited to payments using credit or debit cards. No cheques will be accepted. For an idea about exchange rates visit www.xe.com for exchange rates.

Registration fee for delegates includes:

1. Admission to all scientific sessions
2. Conference bag and documentation (Abstract Book)
3. Tea/Coffee during the breaks
4. Evening activity at the Cultural Village from Friday, July 4 - Sunday July 6

Registration fee for accompanying guests and children includes:

• Get-Together on Friday, July 4
• A name badge which entitles you to take part in all social events except tours.

The registration fees do not cover insurance or accommodation. Travel insurance is recommended by the organizers.

To avoid no-shows and to guarantee the quality of all sessions, all paper presenters will be asked to register before April 30, 2008.
