Terms of payment
Your registration is valid when the registration fee is paid. Please take care of your full payment by using either of the two methods of payments described below. All fees should be paid in advance by using EUROs. Personal, company, euro or cheques in dollars will NOT be accepted.

Make sure to give delegate's name in the bank transfer details. All payments must be "free of any charges for the payee", i.e. all bank charges have to be borne by the sender.
2. Credit card: VISA, Master Card or Eurocard are accepted.
Clearly state your credit card details on the registration form. If the given information is wrong or the credit company does not give authorization to charge your account, the secretariat is entitled to charge the higher rate.
Letter of Confirmation/Receipt
A written confirmation and a receipt of your paid fees with other useful information will be sent to you by e-mail after we have received your payment in full.
Terms of Cancellation
The registration cancellation and refund policy for the 2008 Association for Cultural Studies Crossroads Conference is as follows:

The secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations.

All fees, except for the administration fee of EUR 35, will be refunded for cancellations made on or before May 30, 2008.

A 50% refund , excluding the administration fee of EUR 35, will be given for cancellations up to and including June 01, 2008.

No refund will be given after June 1, 2008.

For organisational reasons, refunds will be made after the conference. For refund, please include your full bank account details in writing (including the address of the bank).
