On behalf of the ACS Board and the Local Organizing Committee, I would like to offer a special thanks to panel organizers for all the work they have done to make the conference a success already.
Have you heard about the ‘Cultural Village’ that will feature themed nights around sacred and profound aspects of Caribbean culture? Poets, dancers, drummers, storytellers, and Revival priests, amidst the smell of Jerk and the sounds of Reggae, will be on hand each night to share an assortment of Caribbean culture. Stay tuned for more details on the schedule of activities in the Cultural Village.
For those who wish to experience the special sites, sounds and smells of Jamaica, Jamventure Tours (official tour company of the 2008 ACS Crossroads) will be on hand to provide details of organized tours for your taste. See the link to tours offered by Jamventure at www.crossroads2008.org
